Finger contact with the Touch switch/
operating button activates the camera s elec¬
tronic exposure control and LED circuits. If
proper contact with the touch switch is not
possible (i.e., while wearing 9'°''“
fingers are dry), slight pressure on the button
will also activate the camera.

Wipe off any dust or dirt that might
iccumulate on the touch switch with a clean
Iry cloth. This will insure good contact and
Dfoper operation.
Cold-weather operation
Batteries by nature tend to lose
temperature drops. While the alkaline-
manganese batteries will meet all requirements
under normal conditions, for ^

recommended that silver-oxide type batteries
Regardless of which battery type used,
remember to always use fresh batteries and
keTp a spare set with you when using your
camera in cold-weather.
