Application:
Decks may be used singularly or in combination to form the
structures of the Playville System.
Decks may be installed at heights of 0.3m, 0.6m, 0.9m, 1.2m, 1.5m
& 1.8m above ground level.
Maintenance
All fasteners should be regularly
checked and retightened, if necessary,
1 week after installation.
Ongoing maintenance intervals will vary
according to the amount of use the
equipment receives.
Recommend inspection intervals every 3
months.
Installation Instructions:
1. Refer to the plan view for the position of the platform
2. Bolt both Sections (1 & 2) together with M10x25mmTorx
Bolts (4), Flat Washers (3) and under M10 Nyloc Nuts (5) and
bolt heads. (Refer: Detail B)
3. Lift the joined platform into position in between the six
uprights.
4. The platform can now be bolted to the Nutserts in the
uprights using M10x25mm Torx Bolts (4) with M10 Flat
Washers (3) under the bolt heads. (Refer: Detail A)
5. All Deck edges are supplied with a 5mm pilot hole. A 12mm
hole is needed to attach components.
Note
: Do not drill hole if not required.
A 5mm hole is in compliance with the Australian Standards
In-ground Upright depth may vary
depending on Softfall
- Sand/Mulch/Grass–700mm (Pictured)
- Rubber – 500mm
+ 300mm Added to Upright depth if
component is Freestanding
+ Use ID tag as reference.
