Vertical Climber Overhead Mount
Application:
For use as an exit or entry point to decks.
Designed for Hand – Eye Coordination
Available in 900mm, 1200mm, 1500mm and 1800mm heights.
Maintenance
All fasteners should be regularly
checked and retightened, if necessary,
1 week after installation.
Ongoing maintenance intervals will vary
according to the amount of use the
equipment receives.
Recommend inspection intervals every 3
months.
Installation Instructions:
1. Refer to plan view for position of Fireman’s Pole Climber.
2. Bolt the climber overhead to the inside face of the uprights
with 4 25mm Torx Bolts with Flat Washers under the bolt
heads.
3. When the climber overhead is in position, slide the climber
over the pipe lug and push it all the way on and secure with a
Grub Screw. Ensure that the grub screw is done up tight.
4. Secure the top and bottom of each of the handrails to the
upright with a 25mm Torx Bolt on the inside face.
5. Ensure all bolts are tight.
For Gym Set Installation Use Instructions 1 and 3.
