Choose a correct machine type to read the control program modules
required for the model from the PC.
Delete the flash memory of VMC (VME Main Controller) and reset to the
default data (See the Engineer Reference Manual.). Since this process
deletes all of the existing setup data, it should be done only by
competent personnel who are well acquainted with the machine. After
this process is completed, make sure to turn off and on the machine
power.
Check Options
and
Parameters
After power on, check the parameters and options from MSetUp,
referring to the Engineer Reference Manual. Make sure to contact the
service personnel because careless change in machine setup could do
damage on the machine. Properly set the parameters, referring to the
instructions and make sure to reboot the system after power off.
Make sure to check Z-axis, R-axis and harness after setting Auto
Homing Option of MSetup / Option to Off.
DMC Parameter

When DMC is used, the configuration and operation of DMC should be
defined with the DMC parameters stored in the DMC flash memory.
DMC parameters are defined using the MonitorQ software.
DMC parameters are managed with the extension *.par. Using the
MonitorQ software, read *.par for a desired axis through FileRead and
write them in DMC through BoardWrite.
After BoardWrite, write the data in the DMC flash memory through From
Save.
After writing the parameters in the flash memory, make sure to reboot the
system after power off.
Using the MonitorQ software, check that the parameters are exactly written
and the Z and R
