Maintenance of the Z-axis LM Guide should be done as follows:
1. Turn off the power of the machine.
2. Manually move the LM Guide to the edge.
3. Wipe the grease and dust from the LM Guide with a clean cloth.
(Wipe the opposite LM Guide in the same way.)
4. Manually move the LM Guide to the opposite edge.
5. Wipe the grease and dust from the LM Guide with a clean cloth.
(Wipe the opposite LM Guide in the same way.)
6. Fill grease through the grease inlet of the two LM Guide Blocks.
(Wipe the opposite LM Guide in the same way.)
7. Wipe the grease flowing out from the LM Guide Block.
