Regularly check the timing belt to ensure the Y-axis assembly operates normally.
1. Power off the machine according to the normal power off procedure.
2. Measure the tension of the Y belt using a belt tension meter.
3. If the tension exceeds the rated tension (40±5N), slightly loosen the
tension setting pulley with a wrench and set to a proper tension using
the setting bolt of the Tension
Setting Block.
4. Firmly fix the tension setting pulley.
