cooking time. Open steam vent for the
last 30 minutes.

covered. Halfway through cooking turn
fat-side up.

fat-side up.
Chicken 1 chicken

/2 Tie legs to tail. Fold wings back under
body. Rub chicken with 1 tbsp butter or
margarine. Sprinkle with paprika. Place
chicken on one side, roast covered. Turn
and place on other side halfway through
cooking. Chickens may be seasoned, if
desired.
