Bacon 250 to 500g
4 to 10 slices
175ºC 4 to 6 Place in cold Frypan. Separate slices
once bacon starts to cook. Turn slices
during cooking.

covered, with steam vent closed with

Eggs, poached 1 to 9 120°C 3 to 6 Pour 4 cups of water into Frypan.
Set the temperature control knob at
120ºC. When water comes to boil, turn
temperature control knob to 90ºC.
Break eggs, one at a time, into a cup;
slip egg into water. Repeat, placing eggs
side by side. Cook, covered, until of
desired rmness. With slotted spoon, lift
eggs, one at a time, from water. Drain.
Eggs,
scrambled
6 to 18 155°C 1 to 3 Beat together 6 eggs,

/2 cup milk or
water,

/8 tsp pepper. Pour
into preheated Frypan. Lightly stir with
spatula until set but still moist. Recipe
may be doubled or tripled.
Fish

/2 to 1kg 200°C 10 to 20 Dip in seasoned packaged bread or Corn
Flake crumbs. Fry in 2 tbsp oil.
French toast 4 175°C 2 to 4 For added avour, melt 1 tbsp butter or
margarine in Frypan.

Form beef into patties. Press to desired
thickness and turn halfway through
suggested cooking time.
Ham slices,
precooked
10 to 20mm 180ºC 16 to 20 Score fat around edge of slices at 2.5cm
intervals to prevent curling. Turn halfway
through suggested cooking time.
Hot dogs 1.5 to
1.75kg
4 to 12
175ºC 10 to 12 Score if desired. Place in cold Frypan,
turn once during cooking. Turn halfway
through suggested cooking time.
