How to troubleshoot a Mitsubishi Electric CAHV-R450YA-HPB Heat Pump that does not operate?
- SStephanie HoltAug 4, 2025
If your Mitsubishi Electric Heat Pump isn't turning on, first ensure that the main power switch is on. Also, check that the pump interlock circuit and the flow switch wiring are correctly connected to the system. A short-circuited circuit or ground fault could also be the issue; resolve the cause and replace the fuse. Lastly, verify that the setting for the automatic Start/Stop thermistor isn't set too low and adjust it if necessary.
