z Is the tab (1 place) on the dust box unit inserted in the hole properly?
o Attach the dust box unit properly.

z Did you install the main unit on a surface that is not flat or stable?
o Install the main unit on a table or other surface that is flat and stable.

o Clean the pre-filter

o Clean the PM2.5 Sensor and odor sensor.

z Are you operating the air purifier with “Turbo” or “High” manual operation or
“Turbo” automatic operation?

The sound is louder for operation with a high air volume. If the sound
bothers you, select an operation mode with a low air volume.

Take it out of its plastic bag and then attach it again.

o Attach the dust box unit properly

z A buzzing sound is emitted during the cleaning of the pre-filter because the motor
is running. If a lot of dust adheres to the cleaning brush, the buzzing noise may
become loud.
o When the noise bothers you, perform cleaning.

Firmly insert the power plug into the power outlet.
