  If the inferior phenomenon is not reoccurring but is logged, it might be due to temporary defects such as the activation of protection devices in the refrigerant circuit, including the compressor, poor wiring connections, or noise. Consider these temporary defects. Re-check the symptom, and check the installation environment, refrigerant amount, weather when the inferior phenomenon occurred, matters related to wiring and etc. After finishing service, reset error code logs and restart the unit. If these steps don't reveal an issue, there may be no abnormality concerning parts such as electrical components, the controller board, or the remote controller.

  If the inferior phenomenon is not reoccurring and not logged, re-check the abnormal symptom. If the cause is not ascertained, continue to operate unit for the time being. If these steps don't reveal an issue, there may be no abnormality concerning parts such as electrical components, the controller board, or the remote controller.
