Why charging cannot be started in my Mitsubishi MOTORS OUTLANDER PHEV?
- SStacey VazquezAug 2, 2025
Charging of your Mitsubishi MOTORS Automobile may not start because the power switch is in the ON position. Put the power switch in the OFF position before initiating charging. Alternatively, the drive battery may already be fully charged, in which case charging is disabled. If the drive battery temperature is too high or too low, charging will also be prevented. Check the battery temperature. A discharged auxiliary battery can also prevent charging, so ensure it is charged or jump-started. Finally, a malfunction in the vehicle or charging cable can prevent charging. If a warning lamp is illuminated or the control box indicates a malfunction, stop charging and contact a MITSUBISHI MOTORS Authorized Service Point.
