• The range in which the analog scale value and digital value can be set varies according to
the I/O mode selected for BFM0 and BFM1.
When setting the analog scale value within the range, write the figure converted to
percentage (1/100).
Analog scale value and digital value outside the range selected by BFM0 and 1 is set.
Offset / gain set value becomes error (BFM29 b1).
