For the intelligent function module, such as the CC-Link IE
controller network module and MELSECNET/H network
module, having link special relays, 512 points are assigned.
Assigning the link special relay as shown below enables
refreshing of the CC-Link link special relay (SB) for the link
special relay (SB) of the CPU module.
