a console, the keys in the manual should be substituted with the appropriate
keys as follows.
Enter Carriage Return Key (Typically, corresponds to the CR key)
Ctrl Control Key (Typically, corresponds to the CTRL and CNTL keys)
Insert Insert Key (Typically, corresponds to the INS key)
Delete Delete Key (Typically, corresponds to the DEL key)
