Ensure the power switch is on and illuminated. If it's not lit, the table might be running on battery. Check if the circuit breaker on the Motion Control Box base has tripped; if so, reset it by toggling the power switch off and on. Also, verify the component circuit breakers at the Motion Control Box base haven't tripped; press the buttons to reset them, after identifying the overload source.

  If the tabletop of your Mizuho OSI Medical Equipment doesn't move when using the Height, Lateral Tilt, or Trendelenburg buttons, first, ensure the power cord is correctly plugged into the AC receptacle and the Motion Control Box. Verify the power switch is illuminated. Check the Hana® Hand Pendant connection to its receptacle and confirm the control buttons light up green. Press and hold the relevant button to observe tabletop movement. If it fails, try the Control Pad buttons on the Motion Control Box. If the tabletop moves with the control box, the Hana® Hand Pendant may need replacement. If operating on battery, ensure it is adequately charged.

  A red battery status LED on your Mizuho OSI Medical Equipment indicates that the battery requires charging. To resolve this, charge the batteries for a minimum of three hours by plugging the power cord into a hospital-grade AC outlet with the power switch toggled to the On position.
