reported to the manufacturer and to the competent authority of the Member State where the user and/or
patient is established.

2. ASSEMBLY
1. Open the package and remove all parts from the bag.
2. Place the washers on the screws.
3. Place the seat on a chair and put the top of the seat facing down.
4. Place the seat bars in the slots and insert the short screw into the hole in the centre where the two
legs intersect. Secure the screw with the spanner.
5. Fit the remaining screws into the remaining holes in the seat. Check that all screws are correctly
positioned.
6. On this model you will need to mount the backrest. Each backrest rail has two holes at each end with
a greater distance between the holes and place this end over the seat rails and secure with the screws.
7. Place the bathing chair on the oor and x the backrest bars to the backrest with the screws.
NOTE: use the included spanner to x the screws. Maximum weight supported: 100 kg.
3. CARE AND MAINTENANCE
- Clean the product only with soap and water, do not use any chemicals.
- Protect it from unfavourable weather conditions.
- Intended for domestic use, do not use in a humid environment or permanently outdoors if you wish to
extend the life of the product.
4. INDICATIONS
- It is designed for the elderly, patients, the frail and disabled, as a shower chair.
- To be used indoors on a at, smooth surface.
- Check regularly that all nuts and bolts are tight. And make sure that all four legs are touching the oor
at the same level.
