MA10700 pool sensor set
MOBILE-ALERTS Sensor
This set includes sensors for the "MOBILE-ALERTS"
system, they can be used with this system only. To use
the sensors you need a MOBILE-ALERTS gateway.
Sensor set up
Open the battery compartment of the repeater sensor
(MA 10702) and put in 2x AA batteries with the correct
polarity. Open the pool sensor (MA10701) by turning the
lid counter clockwise and put in 2x AA batteries with the
correct polarity. Ensure that the two markings (X, Y) are
on the opposite after screwing on the lid. Turn no further
than the mark, or the sealing rubber will be damaged!
Sensor placement
Place the pool sensor, for example, in a pool or pond to
measure the water temperature. Place the repeater with
temperature and humidity measurement between the
pool sensor and the Mobile-Alerts gateway. Depending
on where the temperature and humidity should be
measured, the repeater can be placed indoors or
outdoors. Ensure that the repeater is protected from
direct sun and rain.
The pool sensor should have a maximum distance of
50m free field (no walls, doors and windows between,
etc.) to the repeater. The repeater a maximum distance
to gateway of 100m in free field. Decrease the distances
in case of reception problems.
