Loosen lever, move to 10, tighten. Move back to 1 while running until ticking starts.

Loosen lever, move to 1, tighten. Move to 10, loosen, move to 1, tighten.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

Mill Humming but Not Milling

Adjust to 10, turn on. If not, unplug, remove grain, open, clean stones (p.7).

Mill Not Producing Fine Flour

Adjust as described on p. 17, noting stone contact ticking sound.

Mill Turning but Not Processing

Film on stones. Move to coarser, then slightly finer setting. Mill rice/wheat if needed.
