WARRANTY NOTICE
Within the warranty period, the following conditions (or similar) will be charged service fee.
Any other malfunction or defect that is caused by manufacturing will be covered by Mode
COM warranty service.
1. When the product “Sealed Sticker” has been removed, damaged, replicated, or
tempered with.
2. Incorrect installation or wrong usage, alteration, accident, abuse, or misuse.
3. When upgrading to new motherboards or CPUs unsupported by this product.
4. Damages due by natural disaster or uncontrollable outside force.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Please make sure system and Power Supply are o before any installation.
Installation under professional supervision is strongly recommended.
Computer doesn’t boot up after installing the new Power Supply
(There are many reasons that would cause system boot failure. The descriptions and solu-
tions here are only from the PSU perspective)
Solution:
(1) Check to see if power cable is connected properly (check whether it connects to a wall
outlet and is there any power outage. )
(2) Is the black power switch on the power supply in the “I” position?
(3) Is the power switch cable between the system and the motherboard properly install?
(4) –5V output has been cancelled in ATX 1.0 and later versions, but the old motherboard
still detects this item while booting. Try to update BIOS rmware to solve this problem. (This
product is suitable to use on ATX1.3 or higher version.)
