Usage Features

The appliance features an electronic control panel with several keys for operation:

  • A: ON/OFF switch
  • B: START/STOP key
  • C: Display
  • D: Temperature increase key
  • E: Temperature decrease key
  • F: Time selection key
  • G: Core probe selection key
  • H: Keeping warm key
  • I: Temperature selection key

Operating Methods:

  1. Preheating:

    • Switch on the appliance (key A).
    • Display shows three dotted lines.
    • Press key F for preheating; display shows "INF" (infinite time).
    • Press key I and select desired temperature (keys D and E).
    • Press key B (START).
    • Display shows actual chamber temperature.
  2. Keeping Warm (two methods):

    • Method 1:
      • Switch on appliance (key A).
      • Display shows three dotted lines.
      • Press key H (HOLD); display shows pre-set temperature.
      • Select desired temperature (keys D and E), then press key B (START).
      • Display shows actual chamber temperature.
    • Method 2:
      • Switch on appliance (key A).
      • Display shows three dotted lines.
      • Press key F; display shows "INF".
      • Press key I; display shows pre-set temperature.
      • Select desired temperature (keys D and E), then press key B (START).
      • Display shows actual chamber temperature.
  3. Cook & Hold with Timing:

    • Switch on appliance (key A).
    • Display shows three dotted lines.
    • Press key F; display shows "INF".
    • Select desired time (keys D and E).
    • Press key I; display shows pre-set temperature.
    • Select desired temperature (keys D and E), then press key B (START), or set a subsequent holding cycle (key H, then keys D and E, then key B).
    • Display shows actual chamber temperature.
    • To monitor remaining cooking time, press key F.
    • At the end of the cycle, a buzzer sounds, and the oven stops or automatically transitions to the holding cycle.
  4. Cook & Hold with Core Temperature Probe:

    • Switch on appliance (key A).
    • Display shows three dotted lines.
    • Press key G; display shows pre-set core temperature.
    • Select desired core temperature (keys D and E).
    • Press key I; display shows pre-set temperature.
    • Select desired temperature (keys D and E), then press key B (START), or set a subsequent holding cycle (key H, then keys D and E, then key B).
    • Display shows actual chamber temperature.
    • To monitor core temperature, press key G.
    • At the end of the cycle, a buzzer sounds, and the oven stops or automatically transitions to the holding cycle.

Recommended Maintenance Temperatures (Indicative):

  • Meat: Roast beef (rare 51°C, medium/well done 68°C), Breast of beef (71°-79°C), Steak (60°-71°C), Chop (71°C), Veal (71°-79°C), Ham (71°-79°C), Pork (71°-79°C), Lamb (71°-79°C).
  • Baked articles: Bread / Rolls (49°-60°C).
  • Sundries: Steweds (71°-79°C), Mixing (27°-38°C), Fried eggs (66°-71°C), Deep frozen dishes (71°-79°C), Starter (71°-82°C), Pasta (71°-82°C), Pizza (71°-82°C), Potatoes (82°C), One-dish meals (60°-74°C), Sauces (60°-93°C), Soup (60°-93°C), Vegetables (71°-79°C).
  • Poultry: Chicken (fried/baked 71°-79°C), Duck (71°-79°C), Turkey (71°-79°C), In general (71°-79°C).
  • Fish - seafood: Fish (fried/baked 71°-79°C), Lobster (71°-79°C), Crayfish (fried 71°-79°C).

Safety Warnings during Operation:

  • Always pre-heat the chamber before introducing the product.
  • Open the door as little as possible during operation.
  • Hot surfaces are indicated by the SSS symbol.
  • High-temperature steam may escape when opening the door.
  • The ! symbol indicates general caution.
  • The floor around the appliance may be slippery.
  • The symbol indicates the maximum height for liquid containers. To avoid burns, do not place products that may become liquid and are not visible to the operator in upper levels.
  • In case of malfunction, accident, or breakdown: immediately switch off the appliance, disconnect all mains supplies, and contact authorized service, requesting original spare parts.

Maintenance Features

Cleaning and Maintenance:

  • Disconnect the appliance from the mains power supply before any cleaning operations.
  • Before first use, clean the cavity carefully. Use warm water with a suitable detergent; avoid acids, corrosive cleaners, wire wool, or abrasive brushes for both internal and external surfaces.
  • Do not wash the appliance with pressurized water jets.
  • Thorough daily cleaning ensures optimal performance, unaltered food flavor, smooth operation without smoke, reduced energy consumption, and avoids costly maintenance.

Preventive Maintenance Measures:

  • It is recommended to check periodically (at least once a month):
    • The correct closing of the door/drawer.
    • The wear of the door/drawer seal.
    • The wear of the core probe.

Inspection and Maintenance:

  • For successful and safe operation, the equipment should undergo an inspection/maintenance by manufacturer-authorized personnel at least once a year.

Electrical Circuit Protection:

  • The electrical circuit is protected by a fuse located inside the machine near the electronic control board, marked with the 8A symbol.

Safety Thermostat Reset:

  • If the machine switches off due to the safety thermostat, it can be reset. The position of the safety thermostat to be reset is indicated on the rear of the machine. Unscrew the screw to access the reset button inside the machine. Use a tool to gently push the reset button, then re-tighten the screw. The thermostat is labeled "Thermo Schalter," "Interrupteur Thermique," "Interrutore Termico," "Thermical Switch," and "Termostato de Securidad."

General Recommendations:

  • Installation, start-up, and maintenance must be carried out by qualified personnel according to manufacturer instructions.
  • Read the instructions carefully for safe installation, use, and maintenance.
  • In case of failure, immediately turn off the appliance.
  • Keep the booklet for future reference.
  • After unpacking, check the appliance's integrity. If in doubt, do not use it and contact qualified personnel.
  • Packaging materials should be kept out of reach of children.
  • Before connecting, ensure the data on the rating plate (rear, bottom) matches the electrical supply.
  • This appliance is for professional use only; any other use is considered improper and dangerous.
  • If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by technical assistance or qualified personnel.
  • The appliance is equipped with a power cord and plug. Its removal must allow the operator to verify from all accessible positions that the plug remains disconnected.
  • Any modifications to the power cord/plug void the manufacturer's responsibility and warranty.
  • Disconnect electrical power during maintenance and component replacement.
  • Disconnect electrical power during cleaning operations.
  • Do not use pressurized water jets for cleaning.
  • If a water softener is installed, obtain proper management instructions from the installer to avoid irreparable damage.

Installation Instructions:

  • Consider the appliance's weight for positioning.
  • If adjacent walls are flammable, provide appropriate covering.
  • Observe fire prevention regulations.
  • The electrical cable must not be strained. Do not obstruct air intake/heat dissipation openings; follow installation diagrams.
  • Completely remove protective film.
  • Electrical safety is guaranteed only with proper connection to an effective earthing system. The manufacturer is not liable for damages due to improper earthing.
  • The appliance must be included in an equipotential system, connected via the terminal on the rear, marked with the corresponding symbol.
  • If the power cord is replaced, ensure active conductors are strained before the earth conductor.

Compliance:

  • This product conforms to EU2002/96/EC. The crossed-out wheeled bin symbol indicates that the product should not be disposed of with normal waste but should be taken to a specialized recycling center or returned to the dealer when purchasing a new equivalent appliance. The user is responsible for proper disposal to avoid negative environmental and health impacts.
