Connect the MicroUSB cable to a power source like a wall adaptor or computer.
Understand LED signals: blinking blue for charging, solid blue for full, solid green for earbuds charging.
Use a MicroUSB to USB-A cable. Any USB-A power source is compatible.
Place earbuds in a charged ChargeDock. A solid green LED indicates charging.
Earbuds pair automatically. They enter Bluetooth pairing mode after pairing to each other.
Pair earbuds to a Bluetooth device. Each earbud blinks blue and red during pairing mode.
Ensure Bluetooth is on. Re-pair earbuds to each other and the device if connection fails.
Double-tap the smart touch area to answer calls, hang up, or control music playback.
Troubleshoot one earbud not working by re-pairing. One earbud can be paired individually.
Silicone earbud tips are replaceable and most standard earphone tips will fit.
Use any MicroUSB cable. Moki offers compatible MicroUSB cables for purchase.
iPhone cables cannot be used. The ChargeDock port is exclusively MicroUSB.
Check cable for damage, ensure power source is active, and connector is seated properly.
