5 Bedienung
1) Das Gerät mit dem Ein-/Ausschalter und Laut -
stärkeregler MAIN VOL (11) einschalten. Im Be -
trieb leuchtet die rote Anzeige LO BAT (12).
Sollte sie blinken, den Akku aufladen. Siehe dazu
Kapitel 4.1.
2) Ist ein Mikrofon an der Buchse MIC IN (7) ange-
schlossen oder ein Gerät an der Buchse AUX IN
(8), die gewünschte Lautstärke mit dem Regler
MAIN VOL einstellen.
3) Wird ein Funkmikrofon oder ein Taschensender
benutzt, das Empfangsteil mit dem Ein-/Aus-
schalter und Lautstärkeregler VOL (3) einschal-
ten. Die rote Anzeige PW (5) leuchtet auf.
Das Modell TXA-120 mit ist zwei Empfangstei-
len (A-MIC und B-MIC) ausgestattet, deren Be -
dienung vollkommen identisch ist. Es kann somit
auf unterschiedlichen Funkfrequenzen die Sig-
nale von zwei Funkmikrofonen oder Taschen-
sendern wiedergeben.
4) Das Funkmikrofon bzw. den Taschensender noch
ausgeschaltet lassen und mit dem Drehschalter
(4) einen unbenutzten und störungsfreien Kanal
wählen.
Leuchtet nach der Kanalwahl bei ausgeschal-
tetem Mikrofon bzw. Sender die grüne Anzeige
RF (6), werden Störsignale oder Signale anderer
Sender auf diesem Kanal empfangen. In diesem
Fall das Empfangsteil auf einen anderen Kanal
einstellen.
5) Das Funkmikrofon bzw. den Taschensender ein-
schalten und auf den gleichen Kanal wie das
Empfangsteil einstellen. Die grüne An zei ge RF
(6) leuchtet auf und signalisiert damit, dass ein
Funk signal empfangen wird.
6) Ist ein Mikrofon an der Buchse MIC IN (7) ange-
schlossen oder ein Gerät an der Buchse AUX IN
(8), mit dem Regler VOL (3) das empfangene
Mikrofonsignal dazumischen.

4) For PA applications of larger zones, connect
an additional active speaker system (e. g.
TXA-100SET) to the jack MIX OUT (9). Model
TXA-100SET is also provided with the output jack
MIX OUT which again allows connection of an -
other active speaker system.
Hint: Without additional cabling, it is possible to
set up several active speaker systems with re -
ceiv ing part (TXA-110 or TXA-120) which will
reproduce the signal of a wireless microphone.
5 Operation
1) Switch on the unit with the on-off switch and
volume control MAIN VOL (11). During operation,
the red LED LO BAT (12) will light up. If it should
flash, recharge the battery. See chapter 4.1.
2) If a microphone is connected to the jack MIC IN
(7) or a unit to the jack AUX IN (8), adjust the
desired volume with the control MAIN VOL.
3) If a wireless microphone or a pocket transmitter
is used, switch on the receiving part with the on-
off switch and volume control VOL (3). The red
LED PW (5) will light up.
Model TXA-120 is equipped with two receiving
parts (A-MIC and B-MIC); their operation is iden-
tical. Thus, it will be able to reproduce the signals
of two wireless microphones or pocket transmit-
ters on different radio frequencies.
4) Leave the wireless microphone or the pocket
transmitter switched off for the time being and
use the rotary switch (4) to select a channel
which is free and interference-free.
If the green LED RF (6) lights up after the
channel has been selected and with the micro-
phone or transmitter still switched off, interfer -
ence or signals of other transmitters are receiv ed
on this channel. In this case, set the receiving
part to a different channel.
5) Switch on the wireless microphone or the pocket
transmitter and set it to the same channel as the
receiving part. The green LED RF (6) will light up
to indicate reception of a radio signal.
6) If a microphone is connected to the jack MIC IN
(7) or a unit to the jack AUX IN (8), use the control
VOL (3) to add the microphone signal received.
If the wireless microphone or the pocket trans-
mitter is used on its own, advance the control
VOL (3) to approx.

/3 and adjust the volume with
the control MAIN VOL (11).
7) Adjust the sound with the TONE control (10).
