1A - General information
The Transmitter Solutions - Monarch 295SEPC1K transmitter is a key
chain style mini transmitter operating at 295 MHz. It has been designed
for use with programmable telephone entry, security, and access control
systems operating with a 295 MHz frequency receiver.
The protocol is ClikCard® compatible and the code sent by the
transmitter includes a 16 bit security code which allows up to 65,536
combinations and 6 bit of facility code for 64 different combinations.
The Transmitter Solutions - 295R receiver which operates with this
transmitter has a Wiegand 26 bit and can operate any type of access
control system equipped with the same protocol. The CR 2016 lithium
batteries of the transmitter have a shelf life of about 6 months. The
product fully complies with Part 15 of FCC Regulations and the
European Directives 99/5/CE, 89/336/CEE, 73/23/CEE.

Usage Features:

To operate the transmitter, firmly depress the dark grey push-button until the small red LED illuminates. Once the LED is lit, release the button. If the intended device does not respond, repeat the process. The transmitter must be programmed into the system memory, and instructions for this process should be provided by the installer or reseller.

Maintenance Features:

Battery Access: To access the batteries, open the case by inserting a screwdriver into the slot between the cover and the bottom, then remove the bottom. Slide out the old CR2016 batteries and replace them with new ones, ensuring correct polarity with the positive (+) side facing upward. Proper disposal of used batteries should follow local laws and regulations. After replacing the batteries, test the installation by pushing the button and verifying that the red LED illuminates.

Troubleshooting:

  • System does not receive transmitter signal, transmitter LED does not light: Replace the transmitter batteries.
  • System does not receive transmitter signal, transmitter LED is ON: Check to verify the transmitter is programmed into your system.
  • Operating range is reduced: Replace the transmitter batteries.

Warranty:

The Transmitter Solutions 295 transmitters come with a 60-month warranty, starting from the manufacturing date. During this period, if the product malfunctions due to a defective component, it will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Transmitter Solutions. The warranty does not cover damage to the transmitter case caused by external conditions or battery life.

This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. Any unauthorized changes or modifications to Transmitter Solutions equipment could void the manufacturer's warranty.
