Basic Troubleshooting
If the power stops during operation
• Make sure the key is in the ON position
• Check that the battery is fully charged
• Check that the battery is fully inserted
• If the battery capacity is insufficient, please increase the charging time/ cycles.
• If the issue continues, then battery capacity testing is needed.
If your scooter isn’t operating continually
• The battery line may be loose.
• The motor carton bush may be damaged.
If your speed suddenly slows down when driving
• The battery capacity may be insufficient.
• The battery may be ageing.
If you continue to have trouble with your Mobie Plus, contact your supplier.
