Dorel Juvenile Group, Inc. warrants to the original
purchaser that this product (Tranquility Swing) is
free from material and workmanship defects when
usedundernormalconditionsforaperiodofone(1)
yearfromthedateofpurchase.Shouldtheproduct
containdefectsinmaterialorworkmanshipDorelJu-
venileGroup,Inc.,willrepairorreplacetheproduct,
atouroption,freeofcharge.
Purchaserwillberesponsibleforallcostsassociated 
with packaging and shipping the product to Dorel
Juvenile Group Consumer Care Department at the
addressnotedonfrontpageandallotherfreightor
insurancecostsassociatedwiththereturn.
DorelJuvenileGroupwillbearthecostofshipping
the repaired or replaced product to the purchaser.
Product should be returned in its original package
accompanied byaproofofpurchase,eitherasales
receiptorotherproofthattheproductiswithinthe
warrantyperiod.
Thiswarrantyisvoidiftheownerrepairsormodies
theproductortheproducthasbeendamagedasa
resultofmisuse.Thiswarrantyexcludesanyliability
otherthanthatexpresslystatedpreviously,including
butnotlimitedto,anyincidentalorinconsequential
damages.
SOMEPROVINCESDONOTALLOWTHEEXCLUSION
ORLIMITATIONOFINCIDENTALORCONSEQUENTI-

venileGroup,Inc.repararáoreemplazaráelproducto,a
nuestraopción,sincargo.
Elcompradorseráresponsabledetodosloscostosde
embalajeyenvíodelproductoalDepartamentodeAten-
ciónalConsumidordeDorelJuvenileGroupaladirec-
ciónindicadaenlaprimerapáginaydetodoslosdemás
costosdeeteosegurorelacionadosconladevolución.
DorelJuvenileGroup correrá conlosgastos de enviar
el producto reparado o reemplazado al comprador. El
productosedebedevolverensuembalajeoriginalacom-
pañadodelaconstanciadecompra,yaseaunrecibode
comprauotrocomprobantequedemuestrequeelpro-
ductoestádentrodelperíododegarantía.
Estagarantíaesnulasielpropietarioreparaomodica
elproductoosiestesufriódañocomoconsecuenciadel
usoincorrecto. Esta garantíaexcluye cualquier respon-
sabilidadquenosealaexpresamenteindicadaanterior-
mente,incluyendoperosinlimitarsealosdañosinciden-
talesoconsecuentes.
