• Wheels not aligned in frame

• Front forks or frame bent
• Inner tube old or faulty
• Tire tread/casing worn
• Tire unsuited to rim
• Tire not checked aer previous puncture
• Tire pressure too low
• Spoke protruding into rim
Remedy
• Replace axle
• True wheel
• Adjust hub bearings
• Adjust headset
• Replace bearings
• Adjust QR mechanism
• Align wheels correctly
• Adjust/ghten headset
• Take bike to a bike shop for
possible frame realignment
• Replace inner tube
• Replace re
• Replace with correct re
• Remove sharp object embedded in re
• Correct re pressure
• File down spoke
