9. Maintenance
General maintenance
 Check for frayed or bare cables.
 Do not use the machine if frayed or bare cables are visible.
 Follow cleaning instructions (see Cleaning on page 48).
Steam system maintenance
 If it is noticed that the steaming operation has deteriorated, perhaps due to hard water scaling, contact your
oven supplier.
Light bulb replacement
Warning!  Do not touch the light bulb with bare hands.
 Use a cloth or gloves to prevent any marks that can cause hot spots and
premature failure of the light bulb.
How to change the oven light bulbs
1. Ensure the oven is isolated from the mains supply. Allow time for the oven to cool.
2. Remove screws (A) – four per lamp unit.
