TROUBLESHOOTING
Symptom Possible Cause Remedy
The PowerCenter
is not receiving power.
The PowerCenter
is not turned On.
Too many devices are
connected, causing
an overload, tripping
the Circuit Breaker.
• Turn the PowerCenter
switch on.
• Make sure the
PowerCenter’s AC power
plug is plugged into a
properly grounded 120
volts (nominal) wall outlet.
• In some households,
a wall switch may need
to be thrown to make the
wall plug active. Try turning
on the light switches
located near the wall unit.
• Press the PowerCenter
main power switch to “OFF”
and then again to “ON”
to reset.
