Finally, if too many devices are connected, press the Thermal Circuit Breaker button to reset it, waiting 10 minutes before attempting again.

  The HTUPS is sharing AC power with equipment that is not properly grounded. Connect your HTUPS to a dedicated outlet. You can also try unplugging different components from the HTUPS one at a time to see if the noise stops. If a component is improperly grounded, attach a copper wire from the component’s chassis to the HTUPS’s grounding post.

  The incoming video signal is not properly grounded. Ensure that the cable TV line is connected to the cable coax connection, not the Satellite coax connection. The ground loop isolation on the cable connection may interfere with satellite TV signals.
