What to do if my Monster PowerCenter HTUPS3700 component is not receiving power?
    • W
      wandaevansAug 12, 2025
If your component isn't getting power, it might be plugged into a switched outlet while the HTUPS 3700 is off. Turn the HTUPS 3700 on, or plug the component into an unswitched outlet. Also, if the HTUPS 3700 and the component are plugged into a switched outlet, ensure the component's power is also switched on.

Why is my Monster Power Supply HTUPS 3700 not providing power?
    • L
      Leslie PhillipsAug 16, 2025
First, ensure the HTUPS 3700's AC power plug is properly plugged into a grounded 120V wall outlet, and that the wall switch (if any) is turned on. If that doesn't work, check the internal battery connection and recharge the battery for at least 4 hours. Also, too many connected devices can cause an overload, tripping the Thermal Circuit Breaker. In this case, press the HTUPS 3700 Thermal Circuit Breaker button to reset it, waiting 10 minutes before attempting to reset.

Why do my speakers emit a humming or buzzing noise with Monster PowerCenter HTUPS3700?
    • M
Mr. Brian Mcguire DDSAug 23, 2025
If your speakers are humming or buzzing, the HTUPS 3700 might be sharing AC power with improperly grounded equipment. Try connecting your HTUPS 3700 to a dedicated outlet. Alternatively, unplug components one by one to see if the noise stops; if you find an improperly grounded component, attach a copper wire from its chassis to the HTUPS 3700’s grounding post.
