LIGHT STATUS MEANING RESOLUTION
Off No Power to the Device Check that the device is
plugged in to a working
power outlet
Solid Green Device is Powered On`
Solid Red Device is Asleep Use the remote control
to turn device on or
power cycle the device
Green / Red Device is booting up - If continues for more
Slow can take up to 2 minutes than 2 minutes, power
cycle the device
Green / Red Receiving commands
Fast from the remote control

Power Light Solid Green

Power Light Solid Red

Device is asleep. Use remote to wake or power cycle.

Power Light Green/Red Slow

Device is booting up, may take up to 2 minutes.

Power Light Green/Red Fast

Device is receiving commands from the remote control.

Network Light Status

Network Light Off

No network connection detected. Check cables and WiFi settings.

Network Light Solid Green

Connected to Internet and communicating with Mood services.

Network Light Solid Orange

Connected to Internet but not communicating with Mood services.

Network Light Green/Orange Slow

Device in hotspot mode. Use Harmony Setup App for setup.

Network Light Green/Orange Fast

Connected to network, but not to the Internet.

Network Light Orange Slow Blink

WiFi not connected. Use Harmony Setup App to connect.

Playback Light Status

Playback Light Solid Green

Music is currently playing.

Playback Light Solid Red

Playback has not started. Power cycle if needed.

Playback Light Green/Orange Fast

Volume muted or player scheduled for silence.

Playback Light Red/Orange Fast

External storage (micro SD) unplugged or damaged.
