On
the
aircraft
noted
above
the
material
used
for
the
baggage
compartment
tie
down
rings
was
found
to
be of
an
incorrect
type.
Therefore,
it
is
recommended
that
the entire
tie down
strap
assemblies
be
replaced.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Remove
existing baggage
compartment
tie
down
strap
assemblies
and
replace
with
the
new
assemblies
called
for
by
the
parts
list.
