GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The sequential compression therapy system has been designed for lymphatic drainage.
The sections in the garments are made of partially overlap so as to eliminate any gap
between one another and reduce the possibility of stagnant fluid. The sections in the
garments inflate and deflate sequentially. Compression starts in the distal chamber and
moves on to the proximal one, so favoring fluid drainage. The pressure can be adjusted by means
of a knob situated on the front of the pump.
