  Your Mosquito Magnet might not start for several reasons. The security check valve may have been triggered if the tank was opened too quickly; try disconnecting and reconnecting the regulator, then open the valve slowly. Ensure the tank regulator is fully engaged, and the propane tank valve is fully open. Also, check if the propane tank is empty. Finally, verify all electrical connections and ensure you are using the correct power requirements for your unit.

  If your Mosquito Magnet isn’t staying running, ensure the tank regulator is fully engaged and the propane tank valve is fully open. The propane tank may be empty or need purging. Hand tighten the propane tank regulator until slightly snug. Also, the fuel line may be blocked by propane contaminants.

Keep the trap in constant operation 24 hours/day, 7 days/week for 4-6 weeks to interrupt the breeding cycle.
