LED
Indication
Reason Solution
Blinking
Yellow
Battery voltage is too low
for the Normal Charge.
Wait until the battery voltage
reaches the value that allows the
charger’s Normal Charge Mode.
Battery temperature is
too warm or too cold to
charge.
Charge battery within
recommended temperature
range: 5-40°C.
Blinking Red
(4Hz)
Charger shuts off to
prevent overheating of
battery.
Allow battery to cool down
(approximately 30 mins) to
5-40°C. Unplug and reconnect
power to charger input.
Poor connection between
the Desktop Charging
Tray and battery contacts.
Remove input power, clean
contacts and reinsert battery.
LED Off
No input power.
Check the power supply
connection to the wall electric
outlet or try different wall plug.
Incorrect battery used for
charging.
Charge recommended battery
only. (See table 1)
