» Change font size: Increase the font size on your screen. Swipe up from the home screen and tap
Settings > Accessibility > Display size and text > Font size. See also Customize sounds &
appearance.
Tip: To add the font size settings to Quick Settings, swipe down the status bar twice and tap .
Then scroll down to nd Font size and drag it to the upper section. To change the font size, tap
Font size in the Quick Settings.
» Change display size: Make the items on the screen larger. Swipe up from the home screen and
tap Settings > Accessibility > Display size and text > Display size.
» Adjust colors: Adjust colors if you are color blind. Swipe up from the home screen and tap
Settings > Accessibility > Color and motion > Color correction. Tap Use color correction and
choose an option.
» Display brightness: Swipe the status bar down twice and drag the slider to set brightness level. If
the brightness slider doesn’t go low enough, you can set the screen to extra dim. Swipe up from
the home screen and tap Settings > Accessibility > Extra dim, then tap the switch next to
Make screen extra dim to turn it on and use the Intensity slider to dim the screen.
» Pinch to zoom: Pinch to zoom on maps, web pages, and photos. To zoom in, tap the screen with
two ngers and then drag them apart. To zoom out, drag your ngers together, or double-tap the
screen.
» Screen magnication: Swipe up from the home screen and tap Settings > Accessibility >
Magnication. Tap Magnication shortcut, and choose a shortcut. Then tap the screen, drag two
ngers to move around the screen, and pinch to adjust zoom.
» Browser: Choose text size when browsing websites. Tap Chrome > Menu > Settings >
Accessibility. Select Force enable zoom to allow zooming on all web pages.
Messages
To make text entry even easier, use features like auto-capitalization, auto-correction, and more. Swipe
up from the home screen and tap Settings > System > Keyboard > On-screen keyboard >
Gboard > Text correction. Or tap on the keyboard and speak your message.
