What to do if my Motorola Speaker System device cannot connect with the soundbar?

If a device is unable to connect to the soundbar, there are a few things you can try: * Restart the soundbar and attempt the pairing process again. * Ensure that you have enabled the Bluetooth device (refer to its user manual for instructions). * Check the device is correctly connected. * If the soundbar is already connected to another Bluetooth device, disconnect the existing device and try again.
