Wash all of the accessories and
carefully dry them immediately.
The screen and the cutter need to be
kept oiled regularly. Coat them with
oil.
Do not use your appliance empty, if
the screens are not oiled.
BEFORE USING FOR THE FIRST USE
USING YOUR APPLIANCE
MINCER HEAD (A):
Assembling the mincer head
(diagram 1)
• Take the body A1 by the feeder tube,
placing the widest opening facing
upwards. Then insert the feed screw A2
(long shaft first) into the body A1
(diagram 1.1).
• Fit the stainless steel cutter A3 on the
short shaft that protrudes from the
feed screw A2 placing the sharp
edges towards the outside (diagram
1.1). Fit the screen of your choice on
the cutter A3, lining up the 2 lugs
with the 2 notches on the body s A1
(diagram 1.2).
• Screw home (without locking) the nut
A5 (diagram 1.3).
Fitting the mincer head to the
appliance (diagrams 2 and 3):
• Place the mincer head, with the feeder
tube angled to the right, opposite the
unplugged motor unit E Line up the
two pins of the mincer head with the
two notches on the motor unit.
• Push the mincer head fully into the
motor unit

and then turn the feeder
tube to the left until it comes to a stop
(the feeder tube should be vertical at
this point).
• Engage the removable tray B onto the
lugs of the mincer head feeder tube.
• Plug in the appliance; it is ready for use.
