You can follow up the meat with a few
small pieces of bread to clear any meat

This attachment fits on the mincer head,
enabling you to make coulis (red berries,
tomatoes) and juices (apples, pears,
oranges, etc.).

placing the widest opening facing
upwards. Insert the feed screw F2
(metal shaft first) into the body A1 of the
mincer head A. Install the desired filter
(mixed-hole filter for coulis F3 or small-
hole filter for juices F4) lining up the 2
lugs with the 2 notches on the body A1
and pointing the filtering portion
downward. Then place the aluminium
nut A5 and screw home. Place the
assembled mincer head on the motor
unit E. Slide the juice guide F5 on the
installed filter.
Note: this attachment is used without
screen or cutter.
Usage
General:
Prepare the foodstuffs to be processed
(wash, stone and cut if necessary so
that they can pass through the feed
tube).
Never insert fruit with stones.
Press position “1” of button D to start the
appliance, place the pieces on the tray
and slide them one by one into the feeder
tube using the pusher C.
Never push food into the feeder tube
with your fingers or another utensil.
Coulis: Use the filter F3 with 2 filtration
hole diameters for better extraction.
Place a container under the juice guide
F5 to collect the juice and another at
the end of the filter to collect the waste.
Use only fresh fruits to make coulis.
Depending on the season and quality
of the fruits, it is recommended to run the
pulp a second time to extract the
maximum coulis.
Juice: Use the filter F4 with a single
filtration hole diameter. Place a container
under the juice guide F5 to collect the
juice and another at the end of the filter
to collect the waste.
