Peel and crush the garlic. Brown the
garlic and coriander leaves in a frying
pan for 1 to 2 minutes on low heat. Set
aside.
4. Beat the yoghurt and cornflour
together and season with salt and
pepper. Pour the yoghurt and cornflour
mixture into a saucepan through a fine
sieve. Bring the mixture to the boil and
reduce the heat. Cook carefully, stirring
continuously so that the yoghurt does
not stick to the pan.
5. Add the garlic and coriander. Poach
the kibbe meatballs for 10 minutes.
Variantion: You can also stuff the
meatballs (with a mixture of onion and
minced meat, browned in a little oil with
a few pine nuts.)
• Before cleaning, unplug the appliance.
Turn the mincer head A to the right
and pull it towards you to remove it
from the motor unit E.
• To dismantle the mincer head A,
remove the pusher C and the tray B,
unscrew the nut A5, remove the
screen A4, the cutter A3 and the
screw A2.
• Handle cutting parts with care.
• Wash all parts with hot soapy water,
rinse and dry carefully.
• Never allow water to penetrate the
motor unit E. Simply wipe it with a
slightly damp cloth.
• Do not put the mincer head A in the
dish washer (that is, the body A1,
screw A2, nut A5, cutter A3, and
screens A4
)

• You can clean the filters of the coulis
and juice attachment with the brush
F6 (bottle brush).
• Do not use abrasive products.
ATTENTION: The parts are not
dishwasher-safe.
Check the electrical connection.
