    • Beating/Emulsifying/Whisking (max. 10 min): Use the balloon whisk (C3) at speeds "1" to "6/max" for mayonnaise, aioli, sauces, egg whites (3-8), and Chantilly cream (up to 800 ml). Do not use the balloon whisk (C3) for kneading or mixing light dough.
    • Mini-chopper (D) (max. 100g / 5 secs):* Can finely chop pork (belly), beef (250g / 5 secs / "Pulse"), or a mixture of flour, water, yeast, and salt (100g / 10 secs / "Pulse"). Not suitable for hard products like coffee or liquids.
  • Disassembly: Always wait for the appliance to come to a complete stop before disassembling. Follow the assembly steps in reverse order.

Maintenance Features:

  • Cleaning:
    • Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
    • Do not immerse the motor unit (A) in water or place it under running water. Wipe it with a dry or slightly damp cloth.
    • Disassemble all accessories completely and rinse them immediately after use.
    • Handle all blades with care to prevent injury.
