GRILLED FISH FILLETS
(fillets, salt, oil)
Put some salt and oil on frozen fish fillets. Then place onto the cooking rack. Roast at tempera-
ture of 250° C for about 25 minutes.
PORK CHOPS WITH CHAMPIGNONS ROASTED IN ALUMINIUM FOIL
(3 pieces of chop, butter, champignons)
Beat the chops with kitchen hammer, put some salt on them and place on separate pieces of alu-
minium foil, add a piece of butter and sliced raw champignons onto each chop and wrap with foil
carefully. Then place onto the cooking rack. Roast at temperature of 220° C for about 25 minutes.
HAMBURGER STEAKS
(minced meat, egg, salt, spices, breadcrumbs- total weight about 300g)
Mix minced meat with remaining ingredients adding some bread crumbs. Form the steaks
and roast them at temperature of 220° C for about 20 minutes.
MEAT LOAF
(minced meat - pork, beef, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, spices, onion - total weight about 1000g)
Mix minced meat with egg, cut onion and grated garlic, add some salt and spices as well some
bread crumbs. Form the meat loaf in the shape of the cone and place a piece of aluminium foil
previously coated with oil. Pour about 50 ml of cold water onto the bottom of halogen oven
and roast at temperature of 200° C for about 50 minutes.
FROZEN POTATO CHIPS
(frozen para-boiled chips - package 300g)
empty the package pouring the chips onto the sieve and roast on the low cooking rack with-
out fat at temperature of 240° C for about 15 minutes.
MARBLE CAKE
(300g of flour, 1 yolk, 250g of sugar, 88g of fat, 4 eggs, 22g of baking powder, 175 ml of water)
Mix the mass and additionally remix with the mixer. Pour into the form coated with fat. Roast
at temperature of 200° C for 45 minutes in round form made of metal sheet with diameter of
250 mm and height of 90 mm on the cooking rack.
COOKED EGGS
(eggs, salt, water)
Beat eggs, each eggs separately, into individual cups, add some salt and pour two table-
spoons of water until egg yolk is immersed under water. Roast at temperature of 190° C for
9-10 minutes on the cooking rack.
ROASTED POTATOES
(washed, equally sized potatoes, not peeled)
Partially cut the potatoes and insert pieces of butter or pork fat into holes. Roast without foil
at temperature of 250° C for about 30 minutes on the cooking rack.
