PRIOR TO THE FIRST USE:
1. Priortoitsrstuseforfoodproductsdrying,theapplianceshouldbeswitchedonfor30minutes
withoutplacinganyproductsonsieves.
2. Afterswitchingo,thecleaningandrinsingshouldbecarriedoutinaccordancewithinstruction
includedinparagraph„Cleaningandmaintenance”.
OPERATION PRINCIPLE:
1. Thedryingoffoodproductsisusedaseectivemethodoftheirpreservation.
2. Hot air with continuously controlled temperature is circulated in the drier between the lid
incorporatingthemotorandindividualsievesaswellasdrierbase.
3. Therefore all products placed on drier sieves are thoroughly dried without the loss of their
nutritionalvalues.
4. Therefore we can enjoy the fruit, vegetables or mushrooms without adding any articial
conservantsfor12monthsinayear.
5. Thisappliancecanbealsousedforthedryingofowers,herbs,preparationofmuslietc.
HOW TO STORE DRIED PRODUCTS:
1. Thestoragecontainersfordriedfoodproductsshallbecleananddry.
2. Preferablemethodofstorageofdriedfoodproductsareglassjarswithmetallids,placedinadry
anddarkplaceattemperatureof5-20°C.
3. Duringtherstweekafterdrying,theproductsinjarsshouldbecheckedforhumidity.Incase
ofmoisture,theproductsshoulddriedrepeatedly.
NOTE!Donotputhotorevenwarmproductsintostoragecontainers!
USE OF DRIER:
1. The sieves designed for products to be dried should be positioned in a manner enabling
unrestrictedairowbetweenthem.
2. Unlessallsievesarenotlledwithproducts,itisrecommendedtoplaceinthedrieronlythe
sieveswithproducts.
3. Puttheappliancelidincorporatingthemotorontothelastplacedsieve.
4. Inserttheplugintothesocket.
5. Switchontheappliancebymeansoftheswitchincorporatedonthelid.
