  If you're experiencing no sound between your Mr Handsfree Blue XS Headsets and other devices, ensure that the devices are paired, the headset is turned on, both devices are within a 10m working range, and your mobile phone has sufficient signal strength. Also, some Bluetooth mobile phones only support one Bluetooth headset, so disconnection may occur if multiple headsets are paired.
