Failure to comply can result in death, serious injury, property loss from fire, explosion, burn, asphyxiation, CO poisoning.
Portable gas heaters in enclosed areas produce deadly carbon monoxide.
Heater is not for home or recreational vehicle use.
Keep combustibles away; avoid volatile products like gasoline or solvents.
Combustion by-products contain carbon monoxide, a chemical known to cause cancer/birth defects.
Ensure the locking knob is outside the collar and tightened against the bulk tank collar.
Screw POL nut finger tight into bulk tank valve, then tighten with a 7/8" open end wrench.
Always connect heater to bulk tank outdoors or in a well-ventilated area, never near open flame.
Handle propane carefully, detect leaks, use correct tanks, connect outdoors, proper operation and storage.
Read instructions, never leave unattended, use correct ignition method, do not tamper.
Heater is unvented, requires ample ventilation, specific opening sizes for safe operation.
Maintain specific distances from heater to combustible materials, never sleep with heater on.
Ensure regulator knob is off, screw POL nut into cylinder counterclockwise, tighten.
Check fittings with soap solution; use only HD.5 propane gas and a standard POL valve.
Place lit match on reflector, push valve button, hold for 30 seconds, release.
Push valve button and Sparklite igniter button until burner ignites, hold valve for 30 seconds.
If burner fails to light, turn knob to 'off', wait five minutes before relighting.
Turn tank valve and regulator knob to 'OFF'. Allow heater to cool for 15 minutes before handling.
Remove cylinder from heater, store cylinders in a cool, ventilated place away from flame or heat.
Use only manufacturer's replacement parts; available direct from factory, installed by qualified agency.
Contact Technical Support for information, service, or missing/damaged parts. Include model, date, description.
One-year warranty against material/workmanship defects. Repair or replace at company's option.
