2.3-4 DIMM Source Voltage Setting: J27 (optional)
This jumper is used for setting DIMM source voltage setting. If J27
pin 1-3 and pin 2-4 is shorted, voltage source comes directly from the
power supply. If J27 pin 1-3 and pin 2-4 is open, voltage source
comes from the regulator.
