About Rebuldng
Rebuldng s the process of restorng data to a hard drve from other drves n the array.
For example, f you have a three dsk RAID 5 array and one of the drves fals, you wll
need to replace the faled drve wth a new one, and rebuld the array to re-generate the
lost data on the newly added drve.
Rebuldng apples only to fault-tolerant arrays such as RAID 1, RAID 0+1, or RAID 5
Arrays.

as not to a󰘯ect the performance of the system.
Synchronze an Array
Synchronzng an array wll force a rebuld of redundancy or party. The operaton
apples to any fault-tolerant array such as RAID 1, 0+1 and RAID 5.
