Select the RAID Mode

Specfy whch dsks to use for the RAID Array
The SATA ports are called channels and they are assocated wth adapters. The 󰘰rst
dgt n the Locaton 󰘰eld de󰘰nes the adapter that the port s assocated wth. The 2nd
dgt de󰘰nes the channel.
Adapter 0.1 Channel
In the example above, 1.0 means the hard drve s attached to Adapter 0, Channel 1.
The followng s a reference lst of some possble combnatons:
Seral ATA
0.0 Adapter 0, Channel 0 (SATA1)
0.1 Adapter 0, Channel 1 (SATA2)
0.2 Adapter 0, Channel 3 (SATA3)
0.3 Adapter 0, Channel 4 (SATA4)
...

Important
There s no such thng as Slave drve n Seral ATA. All drves are consdered to be Mas-
ter snce there s a one to one connecton between the drve and the controller.
