Set Intel Smart Connect Technology for optmzng system network performance n
sleep mode. Press <Enter> to enter the sub-menu.
Intel(R) Smart Connect Technology [Enabled]
Ths feature can update applcatons (ex. emal and socal networks) by perodcally
wakng your system from sleep mode. And you do not need to wat for the applcatons
to update when you wake up the system.
[Enabled] Enable Intel smart connect technology.

Power Management Setup
Press <Enter> to enter the sub-menu.

Energy Usng Products Lot 6 2013 (EUP) reduces power consumpton when system
s o󰘯 or n standby mode.
Note: When enabled, the system wll not support RTC wake up event functons.
Restore after AC Power Loss
Ths tem spec󰘰es whether your system wll reboot after a power falure or nterrupt
occurs. Settngs are:
[Power O󰘯] Always leaves the computer n the power o󰘯 state.
[Power On] Always leaves the computer n the power on state.
[Last State] Restore the system to the status before power falure or nterrupt
occurred.
Wndows 8 Con󰘰guraton
Press <Enter> to enter the sub-menu.
Wndows 8 Feature [Dsabled]
When enabled, the system wll swtch to the UEFI mode to meet the Wndows 8
requrement. Before enablng ths tem, please make sure all nstalled devces &
utltes (hardware & software) meet the Wndows 8 requrements.
[Enabled] Enable the Wndows 8 support.
[Dsabled] Dsable the Wndows 8 support.
MSI Fast Boot [Enabled]
MSI Fast Boot provdes the optmal settngs to accelerate the system bootng tme.
When enabled, the keyboard wll not be detected durng bootng.
[Enabled] Enable the MSI Fast Boot functon to mnmze bootng tme. And the
followng related "Fast Boot" tems wll be dsabled and 󰘰xed.
[Dsabled] Allow you to enter BIOS setup wth hot key functon.
Important
If you want to enter BIOS n MSI Fast Boot mode, you have to clck the "GO2BIOS" tab
on Fast Boot utlty screen or press the "GO2BIOS" button (optonal) on the motherboard.
And then the system wll be restarted and go to BIOS mmedately.
